What You Will Need:
Black Eyeliner
Black Mascara
Soft Pink Blush
Chapstick
Liquid Foundation/Tinted Moisturizer
Steps:
001. Apply a tinted moisturizer to your face, or a liquid foundation. Whichever, make sure it all blends and can double as a moisturizer. If not, put lotion on your face first!
002. Draw a dark line of yeliner to your waterline, then a very thin one to your upper eyelid.
003. Apply heavy mascara to both your bottom and your lower lashes, be very careful not to clump!
004. Put a little bit of blush onto the apples of your cheeks, put on some chapstick, and you're done!
