Going Out to Eat in DC (January 6, 2008)

What You Will Need:
Light Blue Shimmer Eyeshadow
Dark Blue Shimmer Eyeshadow
Black Shimmer Eyeshadow
Black Eyeliner
Black Mascara
Dark Pink Blush
Coral Pink Lipstain
Liquid Foundation
Powder Foundation
Steps:
001. Start off with a liquid foundation. Make sure it doubles as a moisturizer! If not, put lotion on your face first. Then set it off with a powder foundation.
002. Draw a thin line of eyeliner on your top lid and under your eye, on your water line. Smudge it to make it look a little smokey.
003. Apply your light blue shadow to your inner eye, then your dark blue to the middle of your eye. Then apply your black to your far outer corner. Blend them all together to give a smokey look. Make sure it all goes out a little pat your crease.
004. Put on a few coats of mascara to both your upper and lower eyelashes.
005. Gently apply blush to your cheeks to give a pop of color. Since it's dark pink, don't do too much. It should show just enough color.
006. Apply your lipstain with an optional coat of clear gloss, and you're done!
